Returns

In order to start an exchange or return, please email us at info@shoptrudie.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return. We will be in touch shortly with further instructions.

Products that are unused and in their original packaging are eligible for return within 15 days of delivery.

All shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser unless items are found to be defective.

Refunds will not be processed until product is received and quality checked. Please allow up to 3 weeks for processing.

Refunds are available via store credit or returned to your original payment method.

Once your refund has been processed, you will receive an email confirmation to the email address entered at time of purchase.
